Terms of Use and Conditions

By using and purchasing through this site, you automatically acknowledge and agree to She-Designs' terms and policies. She-Designs reserves the right to change these terms at any time. 

Payment Policy
Full payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. Your order is only considered placed once your full payment has been received. She-Designs will hold your invoice for 24 hours from when it was submitted to you. If you do not make payment within that period, your invoice will be cancelled, and you will be required to start the order process over by filling out the Custom Bling Form. 

Current Processing Time to Complete Orders

Current processing time is 3-4 weeks during normal operations. This timeframe is subject to change at any time and will be communicated on this website and on social media. This DOES NOT include shipping times. Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notice by email. Once your order has shipped, She-Designs is no longer in possession of your order. Please refer to your USPS or UPS tracking information to track your order. Please be mindful that She-Designs' days of operation  are Monday-Saturday, She-Designs is not open on Sundays or federal observed holidays.

Multiple Orders

Whenever possible, She-Designs will combine orders. This only applies if the multiple orders have the same processing time. However, if you have multiple orders with different processing times that you want to combine, please email She-Designs with your order numbers and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Please be aware that if I am able to combine your multiple orders, they will ship at the latest processing time not the earliest.

Customer Contact Information

She-Designs may need to contact you about your order at any given time. I will contact you a maximum of 3 times giving you up to 24 hours to respond to each email attempt; which will be a total of 3 calendar days. If proper contact information is not provided, I am not responsible for any issues that may arise with your order. I reserve the right to cancel an order due to no-response or non-compliance, and no refund will be issued. She-Designs is not responsible for ensuring that customers read their emails, so please check your spam/junk folders

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of client orders, She-Designs does not offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I also do not offer refunds if the customer no longer likes the design, wants to exchange product for something else, or no longer wants the product.

Order Changes/Cancellation

Due to the custom nature of client orders, She-Designs does not offer order cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please read all store policies before making a purchase. You are allowed one complimentary change to your order details, within 24 hours of placing your order. The design change is subject to She-Designs' approval. Any additional changes will result in an extra service charge. 

Customer Shipping Information

She-Designs is pleased to offer FREE USPS Priority -or- UPS Ground shipping on all orders within the Continental U.S.!  If you would like to purchase USPS express, or any other faster shipping options please email hello@shedesignsbar.com. The default shipping carrier is with United States Postal Service (USPS). However, there will be instances when I will send your order via United Parcel Service (UPS). All orders will include tracking information, which will be emailed to you, using the email address you provided during checkout.  She-Designs is not responsible for any shipping delays USPS or UPS may have. 

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. Territories will be shipped through USPS ONLY, and the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. I have found USPS to be more cost effective for my customers residing in these areas. There is a flat rate of $20 for USPS Priority Mail, and will be added to your order total during checkout.  

International Shipping

**She-Designs currently does not ship internationally. Once this option is offered, the below policies will apply:

International orders fall between US and International law. International customers are responsible for all custom charges, duties, import taxes and fees. International orders are shipped through USPS only. This service is very reliable but not without risk.  If a package is  damaged, lost, or stolen, I will not be reimbursed by USPS. Therefore I must reiterate that She-Designs is not responsible for your package once it is accepted by USPS. I am also not responsible for any extended transit time or inconsistent tracking. All orders will include USPS tracking information, which will be emailed to you, using the email address you provided during checkout. Once your order reaches international land, it will transfer from USPS to the destination country postal service. Please check with your local postal service for further tracking updates/information. Transit times will vary depending on the destination. Your order contents will be packaged as securely as possible to ensure that your order will endure transit to its final destination.

Returned Package/Refused Package 

If your package is returned to She-Designs due to an insufficient address you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and any additional fees attached to the package. I will contact you once I receive the returned package, if I do not receive any communication back from you, the package will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued. You will have 7 calendar days to provide She-Designs with a valid shipping address.  If you refuse to pick up your package from the post office, and it is returned back to She-Designs, the package will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please capture photo documentation/proof of the damage this includes, but is not limited to, photo documentation of the damaged contents or the box that it arrived in. After you capture documentation/proof please contact She-Designs and the shipping service immediately, but not later than 3 calendar days upon receipt of your order. She-Designs will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping service used, but I will need proof and documentation from the customer to file a claim.

Missing Packages

She-Designs is not responsible for packages once they are accepted by the shipping service. I am not responsible for any package that has been shown delivered by the shipping service but is missing to you. Porch/Mail Theft is becoming more and more prevalent and it is not the responsibility of She-Designs to replace or reimburse any missing packages. If you believe that your package is legitimately missing via the parcel service, please contact them directly as they are best equipped to locate your package. She-Designs will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping service used, but I will need proof and documentation from the customer to file a claim.

General Product Warning

It is the responsibility of the user to use the purchased product properly, and to follow the care instructions provided with the order. If the product becomes damaged in anyway and the customer continues to use it, She-Designs, the shipping service, and the product manufacturer are not responsible for injuries or accidents that may occur. 

Reservation of Rights

She-Designs reserves the right to deny service to anyone who is rude or disrespectful in any way. She-Designs also reserves the right to not create a design that I find insulting and offensive to a specific gender, race, age, culture, religious or political affiliation. Bullying, name calling, or threatening our business will not be tolerated! If I encounter any of the aforementioned behavior, your order will be cancelled immediately, a refund will be issued, and you will be banned from conducting any business with She-Designs indefinitely!
