She-Designs' business hours are:

Monday - Friday: 9 am - 6 pm

Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm

Sunday and Federal Observed Holidays: CLOSED

What Types of Rhinestones Do You Use?

She-Designs offers high quality glass rhinestones as well as Preciosa, Serinity, and genuine Austrian crystals, per client’s choice.

What is the difference between glass rhinestones and crystals?

Glass: A higher quality rhinestone. Cut to reflect light and shine like a diamond. Heavier and more durable than resin. Opalescent, with subtle swirls of color. 

Crystals: Luxury highly polished, precision machine cut quartz or glass stones. Originate from the Czech Republic and Austria. Common brands are Preciosa, Serinity, and Swarovski®️. Brands will differ in the cut of the stone as well as the number/design of the facets, which creates optically pure and brilliant prisms.

What brands of adhesive glue do you use?

She-Designs uses Liquid Fusion on tumblers only. Krystal Glaze Glue, Supertite Fusion-Tack, or Gemifly Bedazzle Shoe Glue for sneakers and other bling canvases. Beacon GemTac or Supertite Fusion-Tack adhesive is used on fabrics/patches. Liquid Fusion is safe for use on tumblers as I ensure that the adhesive fully cures before thoroughly cleaning, packaging, and shipping to my clients. 

How do I care for my tumbler?

Bling tumblers are NOT dishwasher safe or microwave safe. Do not soak the tumbler. Handle with care to prevent dropping your tumbler. Do not put in freezer. Do not leave in hot car or extreme heat. Hand Wash and towel/air dry ONLY!!

What do I do if a rhinestone comes off?

Although I do my best to secure each hand placed stone, and allow time for the adhesive to fully cure, I understand that stones may come off over time. To ensure longevity of your custom item, She-Designs includes a repair kit that includes replacement rhinestones, rhinestone wax pencil, adhesive glue, and a scrub brush for spot cleaning with every order.

Can I provide you a used pair of shoes to bling?

No, I only bling brand new, never worn tennis shoes to ensure that the rhinestones & pearls can be placed and adhered to the shoe properly.

What’s included in the price of the bling Converses?

Price includes pair of Converse, glass rhinestones, resin pearls (if requested), personalized satin shoelaces, personalized shoe bag, and a rhinestone repair kit.

What’s included in the price of the bling tennis shoes other than Converse? 

Price includes sneakers, glass rhinestones, personalized shoe bag, and a rhinestone repair kit. 

What are the care instructions for the bling tennis shoes? 
Bling tennis shoes are not meant for everyday wear, it may result in the loss of rhinestones and pearls. They are NOT washing machine/dryer safe. Do not leave in hot car or extreme heat. Handle with care to prevent dropping your sneakers. Use a damp cloth and mild detergent to spot clean. Satin shoelaces are washing machine/dryer safe.

How do I place my order to bling my letterman jacket?
She-Designs does not make letterman jackets or apply the patches. Please be sure that your letterman jacket has all patches and embroidery applied and ready for embellishment prior to sending it to She-Designs. 
1) Pre-Order Instructions: Please fill out the Custom Bling Order Form with the details of what you  would like embellished. Also include if you would like full bling or outline bling. Attach pictures of the letterman jacket from all angles of the jacket in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. The more details you provide, the easier it is to determine the price of your embellishment services.

      2) Order Instructions: Once She-Designs receives your Custom Bling Order Form, along with the pictures of your jacket, you will be sent a price quote to the email address provided on the order form. The price quote will be sent within one (1) business day of receiving your order form. Once you agree on the price quote, She-Designs will send you an invoice. Please note that full payment is required for your order to be placed. After your payment has been received, you will ship your jacket, if outside of the Omaha Metro Area of Nebraska, or we will schedule a meet up if you are within the local area. 

How do I care for my embellished clothing (letterman jackets, jerseys, etc)?

       Once your clothing item has been embellished, it is no longer washing machine or dryer safe. Do not dry clean. Do not leave in extreme heat. Use a damp cloth with a mild detergent, and spot clean ONLY. 

Is full payment needed to place my order or do you accept deposits?
Full payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. Your order is only considered placed once your full payment has been received. She-Designs will hold your invoice for 24 hours from when it was submitted to you. If you do not make payment within that period, your invoice will be cancelled, and you will be required to start the order process over by filling out the Custom Bling Form.

What is the current processing time for orders?

Current processing time is 3-4 weeks during normal operations. This timeframe is subject to change at any time and will be communicated on the website and on social media. This DOES NOT include shipping times. Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notice by email. Once your order has shipped, She-Designs is no longer in possession of your order. Please refer to your USPS or UPS tracking information to track your order. Please be mindful that our business hours are Monday-Saturday, I do not work on Sundays or Federal Observed Holidays.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to the custom nature of our products, She-Designs does not offer order cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please read all store policies before making a purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order(s). You are allowed one complimentary change to your order details, within 24 hours of placing your order. The design change is subject to She-Designs' approval. Any additional changes will result in an extra service charge.  If I need to contact you for additional information or to make an adjustment to your order, I will contact you a maximum of 3 times, giving you up to 24 hours to respond to each email attempt, which will be a total of 3 days. If I do not receive a response from you after the 3rd attempt, we reserve the right to cancel or make adjustments to your order. If I cancel your order on our own terms, you will not be refunded. She-Designs is not responsible for ensuring that customers read their emails, so please check your spam/junk folders.

My package is lost or damaged, what should I do?

If your package arrives damaged, please capture photo documentation/proof of the damage this includes, but is not limited to, photo documentation of the damaged contents or the box that it arrived in. After you capture documentation/proof please contact She-Designs and the shipping service immediately, but not later than 3 calendar days upon receipt of your order. She-Designs will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping service used, but I will need proof and documentation from the customer to file a claim.

She-Designs is not responsible for packages once they are accepted by the shipping service. I am not responsible for any package that has been shown delivered by the shipping service but is missing to you. Porch/Mail Theft is becoming more and more common; and it is not the responsibility of She-Designs to replace or reimburse any missing packages. If you believe that your package is legitimately missing via the delivery company, please contact the parcel service as they are best equipped to locate your package.
